From the group of twenty who first gathered in 1969 to the many over the decades the vision of Calvary Baptist Church remains the same: to lead people to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
OUR MISSION:
We seek to lead people to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ through loving God, loving each other, and loving our world.
Loving God by Reaching Up in Worship
"God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." (John 4:24)
Loving each other by Reaching Inward through Discipleship
"Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another." (1 John 4:11)
Loving our World by Reaching Outward through Evangelism.
"Day after day...they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus
is the Christ." (Acts 5:42)
